Song of the month ☆ Fire - Pointer Sisters

Welcome to my little corner

Hi doll! You can find lots of stuff here from my interests to web resources, stimulating media/asmr, nostalgic movies and games.

This site is my cyber love letter to similar dolls — I made this lil baby for 3 main reasons.

bullet

Number one — my nervous system goes into full shut down when it comes to talking to most people close to me. I am neurodivergent and I understand some people will never understand me, so sharing feels like asking for a slap in the face. But here, I can share my thoughts with myself unbridled and to the dolls that pass through.

bullet

Number two — I've been off Instagram for sooo long. Like, it's just for judging, commercialism, and consumption. It's dead. And I want to try and create a beautiful place where we swap Tumblrs, not Instagram — and we reply to each other not because we're dick-riding each other's posts senselessly, but because we have things in common.

bullet

AND THRIDD — simply put, we all deserve the best thrift hacks, we all deserve to have product authenticity knowledge that is purposely withheld. Even the tiny acts like reading a diary — a simple act of connection can make you feel less alone, or even taking the tips I give you to make your own safe space or community. Everyone deserves a space <3

Check out the movie theater, my diary, sign my guestbook if you'd like, or just hang around! Love ya.

PINK SIZE GUIDE for 2000s Sexiness
ok first off dolls we must understand the difference in sizes from today ok? A large today is like 2000s 3X you get me? that's why i love the juniors brands because they were slightly bigger than the womens clothes because they accounted for the fact that young girls had baby fat but lets jump right in.

LATE 90’s :

  • (RIGHT tag) In the 90s before they made Pink a separate brand from VS this is what the tags were like and they are SMALL — a L sweatpants is more of a S seriously…
  • Like I seriously cannot recommend anyone who wears even a M to mess around with those pants. This also goes for jackets — those things are TINY.
  • The tag on the LEFT is early VS Pink loungewear, so these are much looser and comfortable. The PJs are super cute and true to size.

EARLY 2000’s :

  • So then we move on to my ‘favorite sweats, university of pink, make art not war’ era. These in my opinion are the MOST comfortable sweats. Like I cannot express that enough so here are some examples of my recommended pants below:

    Recommended pants
  • Ok so first the Old School are NOT for tall girls.
  • Next up, the boyfriend is the most comfortable in my opinionnn. Perfect for tall girls and even if not they have that perfect avril paris hilton type sag that looks mad cute they can be identified by the lines on the back in the circled picture!
  • Now the Yoga pants from these years and the 2000 teens are the ones that are sooo coveted but lets say a silent prayer that they get untrendy…ok back to business girl you must go up a size if your a L honestly your safe you can stretch it but ONLY if you're a true large (bitch be fr with yourself so you don't waste money)

2010’s :

  • Ok just like I said before this is where the LOVEE flip overs come from with these you can tell with the sequins or glitter or chevron patterns or polka dots. They were very in with teens when we were kids.
  • And as you can see, to tell if they're from the 2000 teens, the logos get REALLY simple like the ‘PINK Yoga’ is 2016 guys, they really switched up the tags a lot.
  • Now in my humble opinion these have the most comfortable skinny leggings ok? Not only do they stay up and their midrise cause you know the waistbands were getting high as modernism was neigh, but the waistband is SOO long you can’t tell from the pic but they’re hot *example below*
  • These are the ones that are really true to size like the modern collections (barf).
